Voluntary Supplemental Medical Plans

You can learn more about voluntary benefits and supplemental medical plans offered through Aflac during our monthly employee webinar on Thursday, Oct. 30, from noon to 1 pm.

Aflac will be administering YNHHS’ voluntary supplemental health plans beginning Jan.1, 2026. These plans can assist you financially if you or a family member has been hospitalized, or if you have suffered an accident or critical illness. You will be able to elect these plans during Open Enrollment, Oct. 27 - Nov. 7, 2025.

Learn more about the three plans being offered and what to expect with the change to Aflac:

  • Accident Insurance
  • Critical Illness Insurance; and
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance
