PEACE recognition announced

Kilis Viceroy, RN, Wound Care, earned the Patient Experience Award for Caring and Excellence (PEACE) for going above and beyond for a frequent patient. During a particularly difficult stretch in the hospital for the patient, Viceroy visited on her day off and gave the patient a makeover. The transformation wasn’t just visible in the mirror; it was evident in the patient’s spirit. Viceroy’s actions reflect genuine compassion and an unwavering dedication to caring for the whole person.
