All five Yale New Haven Health hospitals have been nationally recognized by the American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines - Stroke program, earning top honors for following the latest evidence-based treatment guidelines and improving outcomes for stroke patients.
YNHHS recognitions include:
- Bridgeport and L+M hospitals - Stroke Gold Plus with Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
- Greenwich Hospital - Stroke Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll with Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
- Yale New Haven Hospital -Stroke Gold Plus with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite with Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
- Westerly Hospital -Stroke Silver Plus with Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll
