To highlight performance improvement initiatives across the health system, Yale New Haven Health is sponsoring a poster session, 11 am - 1 pm Thursday, Nov. 20, 55 Park Street Auditorium, New Haven.
This event will showcase the work being done to improve care delivery, enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Over the past two years, many YNHHS employees have participated in the health system’s two-day workshops and applied the standardized A3-based improvement model to daily work. This poster session is an opportunity to celebrate those efforts, share learnings and inspire others. Employees are invited to submit abstracts in these categories:
- Quality, safety and health equity
- Access and patient experience
- Workforce engagement and organizational culture
- Innovation, technology and care delivery redesign
- Operational efficiency and financial stewardship
Whether you’re streamlining workflows, improving patient outcomes, or fostering a resilient workforce, we want to hear from you! Abstract applications are due by 4 pm Sept. 15. The Call for Abstracts package, which includes instructions and the application, is on the intranet (search “PI Call for Abstracts”). Selected projects will be notified in early October.
