Training dates are available in February, March and April for Copilot Chat, a new AI tool now available for Microsoft 365 users across Yale New Haven Health.

Employees with a YNHHS email can use Copilot Chat to answer questions, generate ideas, summarize files and perform tasks. Use Copilot Chat in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams by typing what you need in plain English.
Reminders:
- Use Copilot Chat only for work; don’t use public AI chat tools such as ChatGPT or Grok.
- Copilot Chat keeps your information safe and private. It’s approved for use with confidential business and clinical information, but do not enter patient info or personal details such as names or Social Security numbers.
- Always log in with your YNHHS account and look for the green shield icon in Teams, which indicates your chat is secure.
You can find Copilot Chat in the left column of Teams or in Office 365. For help using Copilot Chat, just type a request into it for assistance.
