U.S. News & World Report recently recognized Yale New Haven Hospital’s Grimes Center as a Best Nursing Home for 2026.
The Grimes Center was recognized as “high performing” for short-term rehabilitation of patients who have had recent accidents or hospital stays and require a few weeks or months of skilled nursing care; and for long-term care, which includes services such as skilled nursing, medication management and help with activities of daily living.
U.S. News rated more than 15,000 U.S. nursing homes based on patient and resident outcomes for its 2026 rankings.
