Safety coaches from the York Street and Saint Raphael campuses are among hundreds throughout YNHH who help build and sustain our high-reliability culture. During National Patient Safety Awareness Week March 12 - 18, YNHH salutes these coaches, who help peers in their units and departments use the CHAMP behaviors in their daily practice to prevent errors and keep our patients safe.
