Geraldine McSherry, RN, BSN, has been named patient service manager for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (Verdi 2 West). She joined Yale New Haven Hospital in 1982 and has been a clinical nurse in urology, orthopedics and the York Street Campus SICU, where she also served as unit-based educator and assistant patient service manager. McSherry earned her diploma in nursing from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing and her BS in nursing from Sacred Heart University, where she is pursuing her MS in nursing.
