Are you ready for launch? Project Infor to go live Oct. 1

infor training

Project Infor training takes employees through the MyHR Employee Space section on Infor.

Infor, Yale New Haven Health’s new enterprise resource management solution, is scheduled to go live that day. For most employees, the biggest changes will involve accessing benefits and training information and functions previously on Employee Self Service. Infor will also replace HealthStream as YNHHS’ learning management system. Infor is designed to be more user-friendly and efficient. Employees should complete training before the go-live so they’ll be familiar with it. To access training:

  • On the employee intranet home page, click “Project Infor training” to access the Infor page and Learning Management log-in screen.
  • Log in with the user name and password you use to sign on to your computer.
  • Click “curricula” at left to see the curriculum that applies to you (check with your manager if you’re not sure which training you need).

Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Supply Chain and Information Technology Services are streamlining workflows within Infor, which will replace the Lawson system currently used for a wide variety of functions in those areas. These include non-patient billing, purchase orders, employee benefits administration, general finance and many others. Infor will also integrate core business and other non-clinical functions at all YNHHS delivery networks into one integrated platform and offer new features.

For questions or issues during and after the go-live, check with your local Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain contacts. For technical issues, contact the ITS Service Desk, 203-688-4357. An Infor command center will be established for the go-live, and additional information will be posted on the Infor page and in future communications.
