Katie O’Leary, RN, MPH, Yale New Haven Health vice president, Care Continuum Services, has been selected for the 2022 Carol Emmott Fellowship class by the Carol Emmott Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing gender equity in healthcare leadership. During the 14-month program, the foundation helps fellows implement an impact project in their communities. O’Leary’s project will address alternate care models, particularly in home-based services, in light of the national nursing shortage. O’Leary joined YNHHS in 2012 and held various quality and safety leadership positions before being named to her current role.
