Diabetes seminar Sept. 28

If you or a family member is newly diagnosed with diabetes – or working to manage or prevent it – the livingwellCARES (LWC) program can help. LWC offers one-on-one health coaching and care management, and is launching a three-part webinar series, beginning with “Understanding Diabetes: You Have More Control than You Think,” at noon Tuesday, Sept. 28. Visit the intranet story (in network only) for Zoom link and details. Check the intranet for future sessions on healthy eating/lifestyle and monitoring/medications for optimal control on Oct. 19 and Nov. 16, respectively.

United Way’s New Haven Week of Caring Oct. 11 - 15
