Richard Formica, MD, director of Transplant Medicine, Internal Medicine; director of Outpatient Transplantation Service, Transplantation Center; and medical director of Adult Kidney Transplantation, Transplantation Center, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Kidney Foundation Serving Connecticut. Dr. Formica is also a professor of medicine (Nephrology) and professor of surgery, Yale School of Medicine.
