Coming this month: The 2017 Employee Engagement Survey

The YNHHS Employee Engagement Survey will launch at 7 am Monday, March 20, and will close at 7 am Monday, April 10. Employees’ confidential responses to the online survey help confirm what we do well and what needs to be addressed to ensure a great work environment and allow us to remain an employer of choice. All employees hired before Jan. 23, 2017, are encouraged to take the survey – their input will make our organization stronger and supports our 2017 Performance Incentive Plan metric for survey participation.

During the same timeframe, medical staff members at all YNHHS organizations will take a Medical Staff Engagement Survey. All credentialed medical staff members employed by YNHHS are asked to take both the medical staff and employee surveys. Questions on the two surveys are different, so taking both provides a more complete assessment of participant engagement. Responses on the medical staff survey help address items most important to that population, while responses on the employee survey are integral to a work unit’s culture and success.
