U.S. News & World Report recognizes YNHH for eight specialties on 2024 “America’s Best Hospitals”

Yale New Haven Hospital continues to rank among the top U.S. hospitals according to U.S. News & World Report’s annual “America’s Best Hospitals” listing. Of the nearly 5,000 hospitals surveyed, YNHH ranks nationally in eight of 16 specialties. YNHH has also made the U.S. News “America’s Best Hospitals” listing each of the past 32 years.

“We are all very proud that Yale New Haven Hospital has again been recognized as one of America’s Best Hospitals by U.S. News & World Report,” said Christopher O’Connor, CEO and president, Yale New Haven Health System. “These rankings demonstrate our consistent ability to grow so many of our patient-centered services and at the same time, deliver the highest quality of care across the board. In addition to being ranked #4 nationally in Obstetrics and Gynecology, YNHH scored well in Pulmonology and Lung Surgery (#25), Geriatrics (#26), Otolaryngology (Ear Nose and Throat) (#38), Urology (#41), Gastroenterology and GI Surgery (#42), Diabetes and Endocrinology (#45) and Cancer (#50).
