Deborah Rhodes, MD

Deborah Rhodes, MD, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief quality officer, Yale New Haven Health, and associate dean of Quality for Yale School of Medicine. She joined YNHHS in 2020 as vice president of Care Signature from the Mayo Clinic, where she was a professor of Medicine. In 2022, Dr. Rhodes’ role expanded to vice president of Care Signature and Quality. She earned her MD from Cornell University Medical College and completed her residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins, where she was also a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar.

Sharlene Seidman

Sharlene Seidman, senior vice president, Revenue Cycle, Yale New Haven Health, recently graduated from the national Health Management Academy Fellowship Program. The two-year program is designed to prepare executives from leading health systems with essential healthcare knowledge, leadership skills and business acumen to take on top executive positions. Seidman joined YNHHS in 2010 as an Epic IT project manager, Revenue Cycle; was promoted to vice president, Patient Financial Services, in 2014 and to her current position in 2023.

Deremius Williams

Deremius Williams, senior vice president, Payer Strategy and Innovation, Yale New Haven Health, recently completed the Carol Emmott Foundation Fellowship. The 14-month fellowship program connects remarkable women with peers, nationally acclaimed mentors and resources that help create pathways into senior executive leadership within their institutions and the health field. Williams joined YNHHS as vice president of Payer Strategy in 2018. She was previously vice president of Provider Solutions for Anthem.
