Kristen M. Glasgow, MD

Kristen Glasgow, MD, is an acute care surgeon double board-certified in general surgery and critical care through the American Board of Surgery (ABS). While she is active in the fields of emergency general surgery, trauma surgery, surgical critical care and burn surgery, she also enjoys taking care of the general surgery needs of her community. Her elective practice includes hernia repair, gallbladder and biliary diseases, and soft tissue and skin lesions. Dr. Glasgow is additionally dedicated to teaching both residents through the Yale General Surgery Residency Program as one of the clinical faculty, as well as Saba University School of Medicine students as an associate professor.

Dr. Glasgow earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her residency in general surgery at Yale New Haven Hospital and had additional fellowship training in burn surgery and critical care from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) and Shriners Hospital in Galveston, Texas. Surgeries are performed at Bridgeport Hospital, Milford Hospital, and Park Avenue Medical Center. Dr. Glasgow is board-certified in general surgery and critical care by the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
