Dorothy Denis, RN, patient services manager, Transitional Youth, Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital, and Debora Lindewall-Matto, RN, patient services manager, Medicine (EP 5-5) recently graduated from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership Nurse Manager Fellowship. The year-long professional development program seeks to prepare and enable nurses to lead change to advance health. As part of the program, Denis and Lindewall-Matto each completed a project focused on improving patient care and operational efficiency.
