On May 27, Yale New Haven Health will host the Health AI Symposium at Kroon Hall, Yale University Science Hill, bringing together healthcare executives, AI innovators, clinicians and policymakers to explore how AI is transforming the delivery of care.
YNHHS’ Pamela Sutton-Wallace, president, and Lee Schwamm, MD, senior vice president and chief digital health officer, will join a roster of top experts in AI and health care. These include Connecticut State Senator James Maroney, whose work on AI and tech legislation has been recognized nationally; Shiv Rao, MD, CEO and co-founder of Abridge; and Brian Anderson, MD, CEO and co-founder of the Coalition for Health AI.
The symposium also will feature the Health AI Championship Pitch Competition, where hospitals and health systems across Connecticut have been invited to submit their AI-driven solutions for the opportunity to be awarded up to $100,000 in funding. Designed for healthcare professionals, health system leaders, AI innovators and experts, digital health and technology leaders and policy and ethics experts, the event is part of this year’s Yale Innovation Summit, May 28-29.
