The YNHHS APP Career Ladder aims to create a climate of upward mobility within the YNHHS organization while maintaining a focus on career advancement. It also recognizes excellence in work, performance, institutional commitment and personal achievement through enhanced responsibilities and financial reward.
To be eligible for the Career Ladder program, APPs must:
- Be employed by a Yale New Haven Health System entity
- Be employed in a clinical position; management-level APPs are not eligible
- Have a minimum of two years of experience
- Be employed a minimum of six months at YNHHS with completion of onboarding process
- Be full-time or part-time
- Be in good standing with satisfactory reviews and without current performance-related warnings or disciplinary actions
