Copilot Chat and training are now available for Microsoft 365 users across Yale New Haven Health.
Copilot Chat is a new AI tool you can use at work if you have a YNHHS email. It helps answer questions, generate ideas, summarize files and perform tasks. You can use Copilot Chat in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams by typing what you need in plain English.
Reminders:
- Use Copilot Chat only for work; don’t use public AI chat tools such as ChatGPT or Grok.
- Copilot Chat keeps your information safe and private. It’s approved for use with confidential business and clinical information, but do not enter patient info or personal details such as names or Social Security numbers.
- Always log in with your YNHHS account and look for the green shield icon in Teams, which indicates your chat is secure.
Copilot Chat training sessions are available for different users.
