Yale New Haven Hospital departments may apply for up to $10,000 from the YNHH Auxiliary’s Project Grants Program for fiscal year 2027. The application deadline is Tuesday, June 30.
The grants are for projects and programs directly benefiting patients and their families that would not be covered by the department’s funding through its capital budget. Applications must be approved and signed by the department’s executive director or vice president; those without a signature will be automatically denied.
The competitive review process requires clear, concise justification and supporting materials such as brochures, copies of items (with pricing) and a detailed budget with competitive pricing. Auxiliary Project Grant funds cannot be used for: gift cards; taxi vouchers or bus passes; meal vouchers for patient families; gifts for patients; patient prescription costs; positions or salaries; food supplement and home monitoring equipment.
