Reach out to your doctor or healthcare facility if you have an upcoming appointment for latest information on hours of operation and visitor restrictions. Many offices are now offering telemedicine services during this time. We want to make sure you receive the care you need, when you need it.

If you think you have COVID-19 symptoms, call your doctor or healthcare facility before visiting.

Questions about COVID-19? Call 833-ASK-YNHH (833-275-9644).

For Visitors

The well-being of our patients and staff is our top priority. The following visitor restriction policies are in place at Yale New Haven Health hospitals and ambulatory/outpatient facilities:

Patients are not permitted visitors at this time.

Exceptions to this policy may be made for neonatal ICU (NICU), pediatric, obstetric and psychiatric units as well as for extenuating circumstances, including those receiving end-of-life care.

We continue to monitor the situation. The visitation restrictions will be amended when appropriate.

For Patients and the Community

All Yale New Haven Health facilities (including Bridgeport Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, Westerly Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital and Northeast Medical Group) are employing protective measures to ensure the well-being of our patients and staff.

If you have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, congestion, shortness of breath) and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or if you have recently traveled from an area with community spread of COVID-19, call your healthcare professional.

If you have questions about COVID-19, the Yale New Haven Health COVID-19 call center can be reached 7 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week, at 833-ASK-YNHH.
