Susan Rubman, PhD, specializes in behavioral sleep medicine and the management of sleep disorders, providing evidence-based clinical assessments and interventions to a variety of patients inside and outside the hospital with complicated medical needs.
Dr. Rubman's clinical focus includes working with patients who are dealing with sleep disorders and the associated impacts on their health and well-being.
In addition to clinical work, Dr. Rubman is an assistant professor of psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. Her research interests include the mood and adjustment associated with liver transplantation, focusing on both liver transplant recipients and living liver donors.
Dr. Rubman received her PhD in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University and completed her residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and VA Consortium.
