Noelle Berger, Ph.D., psychologist. Dr. Berger is a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of chronic pain, chronic medical conditions, cardiac conditions, and neurological conditions including traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy and migraine headaches. She has specialized training in biofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for chronic pain, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Medical Qigong. She is also experienced in treating depression and anxiety disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and phobias.
Dr. Berger received her B.S. in developmental psychology from Cornell University and her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. She completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Danbury Hospital. Dr. Berger worked in New York City for 26 years in private practice, for the Epilepsy Institute, NYU Medical Center and the Bronx VA Medical Center prior to coming to Greenwich Hospital.
