Dr. Scott, a Westchester native, earned his medical degree from Western University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University College of Physicians And Surgeons. He is trained in treating both acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventative medicine.
