Katlyn Herles, APRN, AGNP-C, OCN is an inpatient Palliative Care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with the Yale New Haven Hospital Palliative Care Consult Team. She brings more than 15 years of oncology nursing experience across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including medical oncology, infusion services, oncology care coordination, and case management. Katlyn earned her Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Connecticut in 2025. Throughout her career at Yale New Haven Hospital, she has cared for patients with complex oncologic diagnoses. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports patients and families through serious illness, symptom management, and complex medical decision-making.
