Hannah Leonard, APRN

Hannah Leonard, APRN, a certified family medicine nurse practitioner, loves caring for and getting to know each individual patient to provide the best care. Hannah believes the beauty of primary care is getting to know each patient to holistically treat and prevent diseases. She has a passion for women's health.

Hannah earned her master's degree from the University of Saint Joseph, where she was awarded the peer recognition award and excellence in advanced practice nursing. She completed an orthopedic and sports medicine program through the Mass General Brigham healthcare system. In her free time, Hannah loves being outside, enjoying activities such as hiking, pickleball, paddleboarding, yoga, and skiing. She also enjoys gardening, taking care of her flock of chickens, and canning and preserving vegetables and herbs she grows. Married to a Navy veteran, Hannah has lived in several states but is happy to now call Connecticut home. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and sees patients 15 years of age and older.
