Colleen Weiss, APRN

Colleen Weiss, APRN, a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner, enjoys working with patients of all ages. Colleen is particularly interested in preventative and holistic healthcare practices, including nutrition, exercise and stress management to prevent disease. She enjoys providing patients with a comprehensive understanding of our body systems and how they influence one another. Colleen is passionate about evidence-based healthcare and setting achievable goals with patients.Colleen is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her master’s degree with honors in nursing at the University of San Diego and then graduated with honors from Sonoma State University as a family nurse practitioner. Outside of work, Colleen is an avid dancer and fitness nut who loves to hike, renovate her home, and spend time with her husband and children.
