Candice Williams, APRN

Candice Williams, APRN, is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner dedicated to providing specialized cardiac care to the adult population. Candice believes her patients should be empowered as active participants in the management of their own health by providing the proper tools to ensure better outcomes. She strives to nurture the relationships between herself and her patients by allotting a space for individuals to be directly involved in the optimization of their health. She takes a patient-family centered care approach while implementing evidence-based practice to ensure safe, high-quality care. Candice earned her master’s degree in nursing at Yale University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
