Last month, System Quality & Safety hosted “Yale New Haven Hospital’s Every Day, Every Patient, Everyone: The Care Signature Board Kickoff” event, an important milestone in the continued journey to advance Yale New Haven’s Care Signature. The boards, a foundational tool in daily management, provide a consistent, visual way to monitor and improve performance at the unit and department levels.
The kickoff featured guest speakers who shared how the boards have transformed their organizations, along with a panel of internal experts representing some of the early adopters of Care Signature Boards at YNHH. Event attendees also had the opportunity to view posters displaying how units are effectively using their Care Signature Boards.
