New Haven, CT – 183 Yale New Haven Hospital-affiliated physicians and more than 300 from across Yale New Haven Health System, which also includes Bridgeport and Greenwich Hospitals, have been selected by their state colleagues for Connecticut Magazine’s 2016 Top Doctors listing.
The list is compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a New York City research and information company. Ranking is based on a regional peer-review survey. Licensed physicians vote online for those doctors who, in their judgment, are the best in their field and related fields.
The 2016 “Top Doctors” issue features more than 1,000 physicians representing over 30 specialties.

Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH), part of Yale New Haven Health, is a nationally recognized, 1,541-bed, not-for-profit hospital serving as the primary teaching hospital for the Yale School of Medicine (YSM). Founded as the fourth voluntary hospital in the U.S. in 1826, today, YNHH has two New Haven-based campuses, and also includes Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, Yale New Haven Psychiatric Hospital and Smilow Cancer Hospital.
