New Haven, CT (September 30, 2026) – Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH) has received the 2027-2028 Acute Care Hospital American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) Apex Designation for its exemplary demonstration of best practices in respiratory care and education.
The hospital is among an elite group of respiratory care departments nationwide that have met the stringent quality and clinical practice criteria required to earn the designation. YNHH provides education and the delivery of high-quality respiratory care across a broad spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services.
