Next generation of physicians graduate from Greenwich Hospital

Greenwich, CT (June 22, 2021) – Looking to the future of health care, Greenwich Hospital celebrated the 46th annual Internal Medicine Residency Program graduating class, which included seven residents and seven interns.

“Greenwich Hospital’s commitment to medical education in association with Yale School of Medicine is as important as our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients,” Diane Kelly, president, told the audience in the hospital’s Noble Conference Center on June 4.

Presiding at the ceremony, Charles Seelig, MD, program director, commended the graduates for providing high-quality patient care amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. He also thanked hospital leadership for “continuously improving the learning environment” for future physicians.

This year’s graduating residents were Ihsan Al-Sabbagh, MD, FIBMS, Devesh Dalmia, MD, Jing Du, MB, PhD, Jennifer Hewlett, MD, Mustafa Khan, MD, Jianling Tao, MD, and Catherine Teng, MBBS. Graduating interns were Daniel Dickstein, MD, Collin Edwards, MD, Fatema Esaa, MD, Conor Fowler, MD, Kristin Hsieh, MD, Blair Jenkins, MD, PhD, and Patrick Kennedy, MD.

Several awards were presented at the ceremony. Incoming chief resident Dr. Hewlett received the Resident Teacher Award and the Quality & Safety Award. Dr. Hewlett also shared the Dr. Nelson A. Bonheim Resident Research Award with Dr. Teng. Dr. Khan received the Dr. Henry E. Markley Humanitarian Award in Medicine. Dr. Teng and Michael Foti, DO, were honored with the Resident Physician Patient Experience Award. The Golden Apple Teaching Award went to Samantha D’Annunzio, MD, an intensivist on the medical staff.

Experienced Yale psychiatrist Kourtney Koslosky, MD, tapped to lead Greenwich Hospital’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Department

GREENWICH, CT (December 4, 2025) - In October 2025, Greenwich Hospital appointed Kourtney Koslosky, MD, as the new chair of its Psychiatry and Behavioral Health department. With more than a decade of experience at Yale School of Medicine (YSM) and the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS), Dr. Koslosky brings both academic and clinical expertise to her new leadership post.
