Notice is hereby given of a public forum to be conducted on Thursday, July 6, 2017, beginning at 6 pm at the Holiday Inn, 35 Governor Winthrop Blvd, New London, CT 06320, in compliance with requirement established by the Connecticut Office of Healthcare Access as a condition for affiliation between Yale New Haven Healthcare and Lawrence + Memorial Healthcare.
Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, a member of Yale New Haven Health, is a non-profit, 280-bed general and acute care hospital providing patient care to medical, surgical, pediatric, psychiatric and obstetrical patients in southeastern Connecticut and southern Rhode Island since 1912.
