6/3/2011 — Yale New Haven Hospital has been honored by CIO magazine as a recipient of the 2011 CIO 100. The annual award program recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in information technology.

YNHH was selected to the magazine's top 100 technology leaders for its IT clinical rounding program in which IT support staff is available to all of the patient care units to ensure the hospital's 450 mobile clinical workstations are fully operational.
