Greenwich, CT (Jan. 4, 2023) – Greenwich Hospital has been recognized by Press Ganey as a 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award winner and a 2022 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner to join an elite group of hospitals nationwide.
As a Guardian of Excellence Award recipient, Greenwich Hospital is in the top 5 percent of healthcare providers delivering an exceptional patient experience in Inpatient, Outpatient Oncology and Outpatient Rehabilitation services. This award is given annually based on one year data.
The hospital also received the Pinnacle Award of Excellence as one of the nation’s top-performing organizations for exhibiting the highest levels of standards in patient experience for three consecutive years in Inpatient, Ambulatory Surgery and Outpatient services.

Greenwich Hospital teams up with Read to Grow to encourage newborn literacyGreenwich, CT (Feb 6, 2026) – Greenwich Hospital is proud to announce a new partnership with Read to Grow and its Newborn Literacy Project, which provides early literacy resources for families from the very start of life. Families welcoming a baby at Greenwich Hospital will now receive a newborn book packet and be invited to enroll in Read to Grow’s First Year Project, which provides additional books and literacy support at key developmental milestones, including three months and one year.
