Smilow Cancer Hospital - Westerly provides access to expert cancer care and treatment to the local community in southwestern Rhode Island. We are dedicated to providing patients affected by cancer and blood diseases with individualized, innovative and compassionate medical treatment.
Smilow Cancer Hospital - Westerly is located within Westerly Hospital. In conjunction with Smilow Cancer Hospital in New Haven and the Smilow Cancer Hospital- Waterford, CT, we offer comprehensive services to help patients navigate from diagnosis and treatment to recovery and survivorship.

Patients have access to the full range of expert cancer care from Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center, all facilitated through Smilow Cancer Hospital - Westerly. Yale Cancer Center is a collaboration between nationally and internationally renowned scientists and physicians at Yale School of Medicine and Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven. This partnership enables us to provide the best approaches for prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment for cancer.
For patients from the Westerly area, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology and Clinical Trials are coordinated through the Smilow Cancer Hospital - Waterford, CT. Surgeries may be performed at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital or at Yale New Haven Hospital.
