Overview
Greenwich Hospital's Adult and Pediatric Clinic provides comprehensive primary care for under-insured or uninsured adults and children from birth through 18 years old who qualify for membership.
Notice: Effective Feb. 4, 2025, Greenwich Hospital will discontinue its outpatient primary care services for adults and children at this location. Family Centers, Inc., a community health care center, has agreed to assume responsibility for providing your primary care services should you choose to transition your care to them. Family Centers will be located at 75 Holly Hill Lane, Greenwich, the same location that you currently receive your outpatient primary care services from Greenwich Hospital.
