The Greenwich Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Adolescents is a group-therapy-based program for patients ages 13–17. An intensive outpatient program provides a higher level of care than traditional once-a-week individual therapy but is less intensive than inpatient hospitalization.

Greenwich Hospital Laboratory collects and diagnoses blood and other specimens. Routine and laboratory services are available. No appointment is needed and requisition forms from all major labs are accepted. Skilled phlebotomists perform routine blood collection procedures and experienced medical technologists analyze specimens for accurate and timely test results.

The Richard R. Pivirotto Center for Healthy Living focuses on rehabilitation, prevention and wellness for patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, peripheral vascular disease and other chronic diseases. Programs are designed to assist patients to improve their physical fitness and overall health.

The Yale New Haven Health Heart & Vascular Center offers comprehensive outpatient services from non-invasive diagnostic testing to more invasive procedures for both common and rare cardiovascular conditions.

The Heart and Vascular Center’s outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program helps patients transition to an active life following a cardiovascular event. Each of our six cardiac rehabilitation locations are certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). Cardiac rehabilitation is strongly recommended for anyone with a recent cardiovascular problem

The Endoscopy Center of Greenwich Hospital has two state-of-the-art endoscopy suites equipped with the latest technology, including private preparation and recovery bays. Common procedures include colonoscopies, upper intestinal endoscopies, endoscopic retrograde choledochoduodenoscopies (ERCP), the removal of stones in the bile ducts and endoscopic ultrasounds.

Blood draw services for newborns through adolescents are available at the Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital Pediatric Specialty Centers. Blood draws are performed by specially trained and skilled pediatric staff. Child Life Specialists are available to provide developmental and age-appropriate distraction techniques.

Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital's Pediatric Specialty Center provides families with access to nationally ranked specialties closer to home. The expertise of Yale Medicine board-certified pediatric specialists is supported by a multidisciplinary team who care for the clinical, developmental and social needs of children and their families. In addition to physicians, advanced practice providers and registered nurses, an on-site child life specialist, social worker, psychologist and dietitian round out the team.
