Biography - Ehimen C. Aneni, MD

Ehimen Aneni, MD, MPH, is a specialist in cardiovascular medicine with a primary clinical focus on managing metabolic syndrome, a combination of conditions that increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Dr. Aneni also treats heart rhythm disorders, including ventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter, and familial arrhythmias.

Dr. Aneni's research interests include obstructive sleep apnea and cardiovascular health, posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, and acute ischemic stroke.

A Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI) Scholar and recipient of the Doris Duke Funds to Retain Clinical Scientists at Yale, Dr. Aneni is also an instructor of medicine at Yale University School of Medicine.
