Free COMMUNITY FALL SCREENING for all adults aged 65 and older. The screening is based on STEADI (Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries) - a program developed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) with tools and resources to help prevent falls. Registration required to reserve time slot. The whole screening process is about 20-30 minutes.
