MyChart Mobile is a free app for Apple and Android devices. It provides fast, secure access to the most frequently used features of MyChart. You can quickly and easily access your medical records, send private messages to physicians and providers, see upcoming and past appointments, get lab results, proxy access and much more.
To use My Chart Mobile, you will need a MyChart account. If you don't have one, ask your provider for a MyChart activation code. Enter the code on this page to create your user ID and password.
On your mobile device, find and install Epic MyChart. On Apple devices, it's in the App Store. On Android devices, search the Google Play Store. Or just follow the links here.
