YNHH recognized for employee education, training

CareerSTAT and the National Fund for Workforce Solutions recently presented YNHH with the 2017 Emerging Frontline Healthcare Worker Champion Award. The award recognizes the training and resources YNHH provides frontline employees, including training available through Human Resources career development programs, the Institute for Excellence, Patient Experience, Quality Improvement Support Services and the Center for Professional Practice Excellence. Accepting the award on behalf of the hospital were Jay Morris, vice president, Education, and executive director, IFE, and Cynthia Lowman, career counselor, IFE.
