Surgical technician Curtis Lang showed youngsters how to make mini casts for their thumbs at the New Haven Police Athletic League's Summer Camp July 21. YNHH sponsored two days of the camp, held at Wilbur Cross High School for more than 300 campers ages 8 to 13. July 21 featured a "Day in the Life" at YNHH, spotlighting different hospital departments and services. July 28 was health and fitness day, featuring basketball, football, fitness training and a dance, followed by a nutrition discussion.
