YNHH hosted more than 200 young visitors at the hospital's 13th annual Take Your Child to Work Day recently. Hospital employees' children visited departments at both campuses, including the Operating Rooms, Heart and Vascular Center, Food and Nutrition Services, Child Life, Respiratory Therapy, the Emergency Department, Protective Services and the helipad. Visitors included (l-r): Adaiah Moore, daughter of Zacarri Graham, Environmental Services, and Lynell Graham, Health Information Management; Olivia Handy, daughter of Cheryl Handy, Children's Psychiatric Inpatient Services, YNHCH; and Janaija Bentley, daughter of Elizabeth Belton, Environmental Services. Daniela Rivera, medical technologist, Clinical Chemistry Lab, taught them some Laboratory Medicine procedures.
