At a March 16 celebration, Vincent Tammaro, executive vice president and chief financial officer, YNHHS, congratulated Sandra Elkin-Randi, director, Outpatient Access, for becoming the first recipient of the annual Finance and Corporate Services Cultural Leadership Award. Elkin-Randi, who joined Yale New Haven in 1989, was recognized for living the health system's values – integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability and compassion – every day. A large crowd of department leaders and staff, along with members of Elkin-Randi's family, attended the celebration.
