Congratulations to staff and physicians on the Center for Musculoskeletal Care Unit (Verdi 4 North), who recently received the Virginia Henderson Award for Partnership in Patient Care, Advocacy for Nursing, Innovation in Nursing Practice/Patient Care and Knowledge Sharing. The award is given twice a year to an individual nurse or interdisciplinary team that exemplifies the work of a woman considered the foremost American nurse of the 20th century.
