Built for need

With a top speed of 25 mph and just one logo emblazoned on it, the new golf cart at the Saint Raphael Campus isn’t exactly NASCAR-worthy. But for patients and visitors who need help getting around, the cart is a winner.

Vincent Lewis has been driving the SRC cart for six years – his second career after retiring from driving an 18-wheeler truck for 42 years.

Compared to his big-rig experience, navigating the crowded first floor of the SRC is a “piece of cake,” Lewis said.
