Christian Pettker, MD, has been named chief patient safety officer, and
Jonathan Siner, MD, has been named associate chief safety officer, Yale New Haven Health. Dr. Pettker will continue serving as associate chief quality officer for the health system, a role he has held since 2019. Dr. Pettker is chief of obstetrics, Yale New Haven Hospital, and professor of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Siner is medical director of the YNHHS Tele-ICU, clinical section chief for Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at YNHH, and an associate professor of medicine at Yale School of Medicine. He recently completed his term as director of YNHH’s Medical ICU.
