Employee Engagement Survey under way 

The 2021 Employee Engagement Survey, The Power of Partnership, runs through Oct. 24. Responses from this full survey will help leaders assess progress from the last full survey in October 2020 in the focus areas of communication, safety, employee wellbeing, accountability and action-taking. 

Employee feedback helps leaders understand what YNHHS is doing well and what needs to be done to ensure a great work environment. Glint, Inc., YNHHS’ independent survey vendor, will compile employees’ confidential responses and provide results in aggregate; no individual responses will be shared.  

Every employee with a health system email address should have received an email from “YNHHS Engagement Survey” on Oct. 4 with a link to the survey. Alternatively, employees may take the survey from any computer at www.ynhhs.org/employeesurvey. Survey participation is open to all employees hired on or before Aug. 30, 2021. All employees are strongly encouraged to take a few minutes to complete the survey and provide honest, candid feedback.
